the location is excellent and unbeatable just off the castle and the centre of the town and the bus/train station, city centre, city market, stadium, shops and cafe, and the rooms are modern. the personnel is responsive and nice.

The apartment had a lovely garden view, the WiFi was free, and there was even a washing machine! It was like living in my own home, if my home was actually clean and had nice things.

Oh, nothing really. Just that I had to remember I was staying in an apartment and not a mansion.

Everything perfect, plenty of restaurants and cafes/restaurants for breakfast. Staff was responsive, helped with everything. It had a private bathroom...

I stayed at Boulevard Apartments in Cesis for one night and it was perfect. The interior was modern and clean, with thoughtful design elements. The hosts were very polite and made me feel secure. The location was ideal, with all the must-see places just a 5-minute walk away. The apartment itself was small, but had all the amenities I needed, and even had a small welcome package. I had a great time and would definitely recommend this hotel.

The apartment was small but had thoughtful details like chocolate, flowers, and quality books in different languages. the location was perfect, with a quiet atmosphere and no street noise. the facilities were clean, and an ironing board was available without asking. the apartment also had an air conditioner, which was a blessing during the hot summer days. the host was friendly and gave great recommendations for the area. it was a wonderful stay for guests with disabilities.

The garden view from the air-conditioned apartment was like staring at a Monet painting, and the free WiFi made me feel like a 21st-century queen. Oh, and the dining area was so fancy, it made my microwave meals taste like gourmet cuisine!

I was devastated to find out that the nearest airport wasn't right outside my door. How dare they make me travel for such luxurious accommodation!

The apartments at Cesis Boulevard Apartments are fantastic! The kitchenette is fully equipped with everything you need to cook meals, and there's even a dining area to enjoy them. The flat-screen TV with cable channels is a great bonus for relaxing evenings. as a family, we found the rooms cozy and enjoyable.

Personally, we didn't enjoy the soundproofing in the studio. However, we understand that others might appreciate it for a quieter stay.

We had an amazing stay here. The apartment was beautifully furnished and had all the amenities we needed. It was spotlessly clean and had a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The location was ideal, right next to the old town and close to the bus and train station. We also found free parking on the street nearby. The staff was friendly and cute, and we appreciated the small touches like fresh flowers and a welcome note on arrival.

I always stay at this amazing place in Cesis. The staff are helpful, and they even returned my forgotten headphones once. It has everything I need - Wi-Fi, car park, AC, TV, and it's close to hiking, tennis. Coming back for the weekend!
